Your first visit to the office is designed to introduce you to the Doctor and staff and our office, and also gives us an opportunity to learn about you and what is bothering you.  

We have our new patient forms available on this website so you can have them completed before you arrive to give you plenty of time with the Doctor. Also, bring you identification and insurance information so our office can verify coverage for you.

The Consultation and Health History allow us to hear exactly your concerns, and to decide if chiropractic is the right fit for you.

The next step is a comprehensive chiropractic examination that will give the Doctor a thorough look at how you body is or is not working.  This examination includes blood pressure and pulse rate check,  range of motion studies, orthopedic, and neurologic examinations.  Specific x-rays may be taken if the examination requires additional support.

After the exam is completed, the Doctor always takes some time to look in depth at the exam and perform an analysis on the x-rays in order to provide a customized and specific course of treatment for you.
